I am not one who normally writes a review but believe that credit should be given where due. Shamrock roofing services recently did whatever necessary work on my roof to bring it up to standard and replaced all the slates on the roof.

They weren’t the first or the last that I contacted to have the roof redone. Michael, the frontman for the company came, had a look at the roof and gave a quote. He took the time to answer my questions promptly and even when he knew that I might go with another company, he still continued to answer any questions that were emailed to him.

Although, they were not the cheapest, I am very glad that I had chosen them to do the work. Their quote was very detailed in the work they would do. They arrived when they said they would and finished within the time frame specified and did a wonderful job on the roof which has received quite a few compliments.

Michael and his crew went above and beyond what was quoted to provide not only excellent craftsmanship but to ensure that the job was done to the highest standard. They made sure that the area and surrounds were cleaned up after they were done each day.

In these days where it is difficult to find a tradesman who would even bother to return your call, I found my dealings with Michael and Shamrock to be very pleasant and honest and liked very much that he communicated to me during the whole process. It took a lot of stress and worry away about my decision not only to choose them but to wonder if they would do a good job. I consider the way they handle things a mark of excellent customer service and a model for any company who would like to emulate this. Their professionalism and dedication to their work speaks for themselves in the finished product, in the way I was treated and my satisfaction at the job well done.
